What happens next?

Send your tapes

Please supply your tapes when ready (our address is provided above) - be sure to package & wrap them appropriately. You can also drop them off to us by appointment (after hours or weekends only).

Conversion begins

Once we receive your tapes, we'll start converting them as soon as we can!

Tapes received

Soon after, we'll email you an invoice. You can pay this invoice online, over the phone, or by bank transfer.

Items returned

Once we receive your payment for the invoice, we'll ship your tapes and DVDs, etc to you. Pick up is also available if required (after hours or weekends only).

Don’t forget your hard drive!

If you selected to have your tapes converted to computer video files, don’t forget to supply an external hard drive! How big does the drive need to be? Use this handy reference as a rough guide: Every hour of footage requires about 10GB of space.
