Introduction
Designed to cater for smaller events, our ticketing service is perfect for dance studio's and theatrical production houses who are looking to provide the convenience of online ticketing to their patrons. Unlike the big agencies, most of which require a minimum of 500 tickets and have fee's that cost up to a ridiculous $5 per ticket, our service is cost effective.

We require a minimum of just 50 tickets - perfect for those wishing to provide online ticket sales for school theatre plays, parties, dance-studio concert productions, fashion parades - any type of event really! As we only provide online ticket sales, you may wish to set-aside a number of tickets for offline sale ("in person" human-to-human, or telephone sales through your own avenues). Or, you can opt to sell all of your tickets online - either option is available to you.


Prior to the tickets going on sale, we will provide you with a set of pre-printed, perforated tickets (with tear-off stubs). When online orders are made, you will receive an email so that you can post the tickets out to the buyer (or however you wish to fulfil orders). For those wishing to sell different seating classes - such as A, B and C reserve (and charge different prices), these options are also available to you.

We have a range of ticket colours to choose from (for larger events only), you you may wish to use these to signify different seating classes, or ordering methods (phone, online, etc). If you select a mix of online and "offline" tickets, any online-only seats / rows will need to be decided before tickets go on sale, and the printed batch of tickets you receive will show their sale method (online, or offline).


For sit-down events, any online seating maps will only show seats available for purchase via the internet... other seating areas will be "greyed out" on the map. Most productions sell half of their "rows" online ( number), and leave the rest for phone and in-person orders, while some organisers have sold the "entire left section" of the theatre online, and the rest offline.

We also have professional ticket-holders available (for larger orders only). You may wish to provide your tickets to patrons in these, or only provide them to persons booking more than one ticket. You are welcome to purchase ticket-holders for your "offline" sales too.
